You solve this issue by visiting the ‘My Account’ section on the top-right of the site.
- If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link (below the log in button).
- Enter your login ID which is the email address you have used to register with us.
- You will receive your log in password on your registered email id.
Log in to your account and click on the ‘Policies’ tab on the 3 dots in the top-right corner.
You will be directed to links from where you can download or even cancel your policy.
Log in to your account and click on the ‘Policies’ tab on the 3 dots in the top-right corner to view the emergency contacts.
If you think you have not received your policy but should have, please log into ‘My Account’ section to check if the policy is there. It is possible that the email notification we sent to you may have landed into your spam or junk folder.
If you have requested a policy start date in the future, we cannot issue the policy until just before that date. There is no need to worry as all your details are in our system and the policy will be processed on the proper date.
Upon issuance of the policy, it will be linked to the RTA. This step will be taken care of and will be automatically done by the insurer.
To cancel a policy follow the steps below.
- Select ‘Cancel a Policy’ on the ‘Policies’ tab on the 3 dots in the top-right corner.
- If you have filed a claim on your policy, you are not entitled to a refund.
- If you have not filed a claim, then you get a percentage refund depending on how long the policy has been active.
- You will not get a pro-rata refund if more than 10 months of the policy has been used.
