Oman Insurance was founded in 1975, and since 2018 the CEO is the Belgian Jean-Louis Laurent Josi, who was previously CEO of AXA Asia. The Oman Insurance Company’s success is built on a smart combination of the latest digital tech and good old-fashioned insurance broking. They have grown to become one of the largest insurance companies in the Gulf region, and now have offices in Oman, Qatar and a subsidiary in Turkey as well 12 branches as in the UAE.

Consumers can buy health, travel, life and home insurance, as well as car insurance. Oman Insurance also offers motor fleet insurance for businesses, if you have a fleet of cars or run a commercial truck or trucks.

Claims Process

The fastest way to make a claim is through their online claims portal, which also contains downloadable guides for making a claim, alternatively you can call 800 405 or send an email to motorclaims@omaninsurance.ae with the relevant documents attached.
